We had our dinner at the Singapore Changi Airport, besides picking A.L back from his trips I am rarely there these days. We were there & we saw some stewardesses elegantly rushing to have their bags checked in. The hair neatly bun up with that immaculate grooming. Frankly most of them looked alike to me in that iconic uniform.
Then after, Sheila called, yes, I shocked her when I told her where we were. She asked, whether the visit to the airport has motivate me in any way? I gave her a straight no, so she cornered to other 101 reasons why flying is still the best job ever.
One of the dumbest thing she came up with was " Think of the bubble bath time in the comfort of the 5 star hotel room you will have, with no disturbance at all while you wait for your room service!" How clever of you Sheila.
These days I am getting used to disturbance, wait let me rephrase that. These days I getting used to the "crying for love" part. Presently I am quite fine reporting to my only boss, he is cute & blonde if you notice, & I even have my own workstation okay! My laundry & ironing corner.
