Every year, while others invest on a new arm candy, glamourous outfits. I invest time to clean the entire home.

A.L will spend his time on carpentry stuffs & painting, while I figure out to clear some mess.

Another year of celebration in our very own home, yet another Hari Raya together as a family.

I would say the home is where the heart belongs. I feel blessed.

The other day we spoke on the phone. I told Rain I will be back on Sunday & promise to take him out.

He replied, "Mummy don't work "fly", mummy, daddy & Rain go out k!"

The past few games was awful, luck was not on our side, nevertheless we came to cheer for the bad boy.

These days, the bad boy is clad in tight fitting altered jersey. We jokingly call him "abang body", but honestly well done for staying in shape at 31.

If only, I am keen to participate in his daily workout routine, I will probably produce results!! Fat hope. I'd rather enjoy my tub of ice-cream while watching tv.

Anyway, I am counting days that I am turning 32, hoping for a slimming package as a birthday gift from any slimming centre. They say dreams do come true.

Time really flies. Another birthday, maybe I should hint for my birthday gift virtually.

Simply not shy. Last I checked, my skin is very thick!

But do allow me to figure out what I want.

Made in Japan, some of the sushi are extremely raw. I felt the sushi wriggling in tummy, feeling so much alive! Okay I am kidding!



You can never reject 3 meals in a day, when you are in Japan, you can forget about dieting.

I wil drool for my favourite crepes, chocolate ice-cream, top with whipped cream to make it more sinful plus the yummy slice of banana in it!



There are so many kawaii stuffs to purchase in Japan, the long shopping list will be never ending.

I bought my false lashes (my craze is almost dying) and toiletries, hello kitty stuffs & not forgetting groceries.



I had a fulfilling trip, though short it may be, it's enough to act kawaii for a day.

I don't believe it! How can someone, slightly older than me, who has never experience childbirth calls me "ah girl"? Yah my gender is female, I bet everyone can see that!

I will be lying if I take it as a compliment, I was kind of irritated. I was at the verge of opening my big mouth, but something hold me back. I said to myself, "Hey, I will be acting like a little girl, if I retaliate back!" Petty I was.

I honestly do not understand why the world seems to take the Kiasu attitude to greater heights. Probably higher than the Mount Everest!

I was right infront of the counter when the cashier removed the "counter closed" sign.

A lady saw, so she immediately ran to place her purchases on the counter. She almost drop her items.

Failing to realise my existence was an amazement to me & pretending to ignore me was the best act ever!

They say if you cannot beat them join them, oh well, no thank you. I rather join my usual group of friends for a singing session.

For the fact we are not Kiasu enough, we were told we get an extra hour on a weekday. We didn't know that.

I believe women are born a shopper & if you get too intoxicated by this activity that makes you a shopaholic!

Men find it is hard to digest the happiness we get through shopping.

I flew to the moon, I bought 2 wedges same design & in 2 colours! Problem is I am always in flip flops, will I ever wear them?

Then I bought 2 pants, the tag says "slim fit"! Okay what was I thinking? The legs are not that slim to start with & I just had to buy 2, because the amazing fat legs manage to fit into the "slim fit" pants!

I figure spongbob fits very well in his squarepants, for one obvious reason, he go for pants & the tag reads "Square fit"!

So there is no moral of the story, when it's hard to fit in, I simply squeeze in!

What was I thinking, these days I stop thinking & go through the motion. It's less stressful.

I am torn between the two of them. I am rather fickled & decision making seems like something I am simply not good at!

Honestly, I am very much attracted to the both of them! I am so confused.

The Blackberry or the iPhone?


We were at Singtel the other day, Rain said that, I can only own one mobile phone. I hear voices from someone else!!!

The boys gave up while waiting for me to decide. Thank god, McDonalds created "happy meal". It has succeeded to occupy the waiting agony, however I failed in deciding.

I dreamt of owning both phones, if only dreams really do come true, or just my imagination!

The girlfriends waited for the astronaut to land safely with the intention of adding more carbo in her diet.

The carbo loading was fulfilling, so let's not dwell on how sinful it was!

Seriously no offence, usually after writing 1000 invitations partner will be an easier line.

Food for thought for newly weds, maybe consider a change of line especially if you know the person has a wife or husband?

When that happens, it feels like wearing a pair of cheap stilettos running the never-ending errands. Your feet hurts & you feel crappy.

Yesterday my phone was frozen at the apple sign & then it kept on rebooting on its own continuously!

And I thought, it could be the greatest reason why I should get a new phone isn't it?

We had an early day, so I had to leave the iphone in that "kaput" state for awhile.

I felt like leaving out of the house with no make up at all, no maybe worst, I felt like something was missing. A sense of emptiness maybe? Oh my, I am exaggerating!

We came home later in the wee hours, I google through YouTube to find a solution. Apparently my phone has to be in DFU mode & connected to iTunes, restore back to factory settings, sync & back up!

At the end of the ordeal, I felt like a student graduated from the university! See how drama can I get!

The phone is well now, the astronaut will strike a pose can?!

From Jalan besar to Jalan Sultan, we watched England qualify to the next round.

Earlier in the evening I took a cab, here is our conversation.

Me: "Uncle Jalan besar stadium please."

Uncle Cab: "Which way Amoi"

Me: "Any way lah Uncle, as long don't go by Orchard Road!"

Uncle Cab: "Aiyah Amoi lu takut banjir hor, wa pun takut!"

Anyway, when it happened, I was on the moon. It came to me as a great surprise upon reading the news! Who will figure that?!

Maybe, shopping centres should keep some spare adult & infant lifevest just in case for flooding days?

The astronaut has completed her mission to the moon.

It's time to head back to Earth. I hope the weather is good in Singapore.

I am now in the comfort of my room, actually it belongs to the hotel. The astronaut is still not back home.

Enjoying my Tropicana 100% grape juice drink, I am watching Portugal play against the Koreans. It's damn irritating when the commentator is speaking in a foreign language. Me no understand lei!

I will be back home, the mission to the moon will head back to Earth. The astronaut can't wait.

I am actually looking forward to the 24th, I hope the plan goes well. At least I am not in charge of the tickets, I guess it will be safe & well planned.

No don't get me wrong, I am no princess who waits for food to be served on the table. It's not easy managing time as an astronaut & a mummy. You tend to realise only a great true friend may understand your situation.

Thank you guys, for running around/applying leave/smsing one another. I really hope the little boys will enjoy it.
